TWELVE WARRIORS – AN UNFORGETTABLE JOURNEY!

Five years have passed, but whenever I look back at the project in Tuyen Quang, the memories of those days in July and August 2021 remain as vivid as ever.

It was a time when the Covid-19 pandemic entered a severe phase. Cities were locked down one by one, roads were tightly controlled, and travel became a challenging journey. Amidst that atmosphere, a mission was assigned: set off to a construction site nearly 2,000 km away, recruit engineers and technicians, complete the work, and return safely.

Twelve individuals – twelve "warriors" of the engineering team – donned not armor, but construction uniforms; carrying luggage consisting of tools, equipment, knowledge, and above all, a sense of responsibility.

There were no sending-off bugles, no parade formations. There were only vehicles rolling along empty routes, passing through checkpoints, in a country fighting an invisible enemy.

Ahead lay the construction site. Behind were family and loved ones waiting.

The twelve of them set out with a simple command: Complete the mission – return safely.

The days at the construction site were filled with sweat, pressure, and anxiety. But through teamwork, experience, and the sheer willpower of technical professionals, every single category of work was completed. The end of the job also marked the lowering of the mission flag – another battle successfully won.

And then, the twelve of them returned home.

There were no medals on their chests, no military bands to welcome them. There was only the simple joy of those who had fulfilled their promises to their work, their teammates, and their clients.

Looking back after five years, Tuyen Quang was more than just a project.

It is a milestone reminding us that: In the most difficult times, human responsibility and willpower are the strengths that carry us beyond all limits.
