HSSE – SAFE TODAY, HAPPY TOMORROW.

HSSE – SAFE TODAY, HAPPY TOMORROW.

In industrial projects, construction sites always harbor numerous potential risks: working at heights, heavy lifting, electrical systems, mechanical machinery, confined spaces, construction vehicles, and constantly changing environmental conditions. As an EPC contractor, TLC understands that HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) is not merely a project requirement, but a responsibility toward every worker, client, and community. At TLC, HSSE is prioritized and integrated throughout all activities, ranging from preparation, construction, and installation to project commissioning and handover. We establish and adhere to strict safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, enforce work permit systems, and closely control high-risk activities.

People are the most vital factor. Therefore, TLC regularly organizes HSSE training programs, hazard recognition courses, and guidelines on risk control measures. Prior to every shift, Tool Box Meetings are conducted to allow the team to discuss the upcoming tasks, identify potential hazards, and agree upon safe execution plans.

Additionally, personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety facilities are fully provided, regularly inspected, and strictly utilized according to regulations. Every TLC member is required to strictly comply with the HSSE policies of both the construction site and the investor. We believe that schedules can be adjusted, but safety cannot be compromised. The success of a project is measured not only by quality and progress, but also by ensuring that everyone completes their work safely and returns home to their families.

WORK SAFELY – GO HOME HAPPY.

This is not just a slogan, but TLC's commitment and HSSE culture across every construction site.
